Coyaba performs at Dance Palace

Sylvia Soumah was just 10 years old when she met Carla Perlo at an after-school program in Cincinnati. Perlo was a spunky D.C. native trying to teach dance, and Soumah was a precocious kid who wouldn't sit still.
